FEEDBACK no. 6

Vera and her friend had spent a long weekend in Berchtesgaden Alps (20.-23. August 2015). Vera had already visited Berchtesgaden area last year, therefore she had a fairly good idea of what she wants to see and do this time. I had the impression that Vera must be a professional soldier, who is taking this trip seriously as a part of her physical preparations as she had demonstrated an adventurous character and was up to any challenge. I have proposed some alternatives to her original plans, in case they would have liked to reconsider especially as they had with them their dog.
"This was our second year for me and my friend attempting to visit Berchtesgaden Alps, especially the lake Konigssee. We could not however travel by train, like last year, as we had a 5 month old Weimaraner puppy, which was posing a bit of a complication to our plans of visiting Eagle’s Nest and Lake Obersee by foot. We had many doubts, uncertainties and questions, which internet could not answer, however on the interent we found Tomas, our Czech speaking guide, who has been living in Berchtesgaden area for over a year. There is nothing like contacting someone who knows the place. Whilst we had made some changes to the plan that Tomas had proposed, we still used his ideas and recommendations, saving time and effort. At the end our programme was really full, for example on Saturday we scaled Grünstein Mountain (1304 m) at the lake Konigssee, which I would not have discovered, had it not been for Tomas. I want to thank him again for his prompt and helpful response when arranging our trip/holiday to Berchtesgaden Alps." Vera F., Czech Republic
